Built for iPhone. iPad and Mac coming soon.

One thing at a time,
across every part
of your life.

Clarity Now is a calm productivity app for the Apple ecosystem. One active item per area of your life. Everything else queued. No overwhelm. No noise.

Most productivity apps give you more places to put things. Clarity Now gives you fewer.

Your life has areas that matter. Work. Health. Family. The thing on the side. Each one needs one thing moving forward at a time. Not a backlog. Not a board with sixty cards. One clear next step.

When you finish, the next thing promotes automatically. The list never grows because the list isn't the point. Forward motion is.

The whole system fits on one screen.

Define the parts of your life that matter. Three to six areas is the sweet spot. Each area holds one active item and a queue of what's next.

  • One active item per area, always visible at a glance
  • Drag to reorder, swipe to complete or queue
  • A custom color and identity for each area you create

A quiet space for the one thing in front of you.

Tap into a focus session and the rest of the app fades away. A timer, the area you're working on, the item you've committed to. That's all.

  • Customizable session length, defaults to ten minutes
  • Each session is logged automatically to your Trail
  • Optional gentle reminders to come back to focus tomorrow

A twenty-second check-in. Once a day.

Pulse watches what you actually do, not what you said you'd do. It notices a pattern, asks one short question, and remembers your answer. Over weeks, the questions get sharper. The picture of you gets clearer.

  • Triggered by your behavior, never on a fixed schedule
  • One observation, one tap, one moment of self-honesty
  • Pulse data feeds your weekly Clarity Report

An honest weekly mirror, written by an AI that only knows you.

Every Sunday, Clarity Now generates a short report about your week. Not stats. Observations. What you actually worked on, where you went quiet, what your patterns might mean. Powered by Apple's on-device language models. Nothing leaves your phone.

Personal went quiet 3 weeks ago. It's not on pause. It's stopped. From a real Clarity Report
  • Generated locally using Apple Foundation Models
  • No prompts, no data, no anything sent to the cloud
  • Past reports stay readable forever

Every step you took, in chronological order.

Trail is the honest record of how you actually moved through your week. Items added. Items completed. Focus sessions started and finished. It's not a productivity dashboard. It's a memory.

  • Filter by area, by event type, or by completion
  • Thirty days on Free, unlimited history with Plus
  • Trail data is what makes your Pulse and Report smart

Different by design.

Four ideas that set Clarity Now apart from everything else in the productivity aisle.

The model

One active item per area.

Not a backlog. A next step.

Every other task app gives you a growing inbox to manage. Clarity Now gives you the next thing to do, automatically promoted from a queue when you finish the last one. The mental load drops to zero.

vs other apps An infinite list to triage every morning.
The footprint

Zero third-party SDKs.

No analytics. No trackers. None.

The Clarity Now binary contains nothing but Apple's frameworks and your data. No Mixpanel. No Firebase. No Sentry. No advertising identifiers. Your behavior has nowhere to leak to, because nothing is listening.

vs other apps A privacy policy you'd need a lawyer to read.
The intelligence

AI that runs on your phone.

Apple Foundation Models, locally.

The Clarity Report and Pulse insights are generated on your device, by an on-device language model that only reads your data. Your reflections never enter a context window we control, because there isn't one.

vs other apps Your tasks shipped to a cloud LLM owned by someone else.
The build

Apple-native, top to bottom.

Built for the platform, not ported to it.

SwiftData. CloudKit. StoreKit. Sign in with Apple. Apple Foundation Models. No web wrappers, no cross-platform compromises, no janky iPad layout. The app feels like the operating system because it is the operating system.

vs other apps A web view in a wrapper, charging you to feel slow.

Quieter on purpose. More useful for it.

We collect nothing.
We see nothing.

Clarity Now is a love letter to local-first software. Your areas, your items, your reflections, your reports. None of it touches a server we own. None of it touches a server at all unless you sign in to iCloud, in which case it goes to your iCloud, not ours.

No analytics. No tracking.

No third-party SDKs are embedded in the app. There is no behavioral telemetry, no advertising identifier, no pixel, no fingerprint.

No servers we operate.

Your data lives on your device using SwiftData. If you turn on iCloud sync, it lives in your iCloud account through CloudKit. Apple is the only intermediary, and only if you choose.

AI that runs on your phone.

Clarity Report and Pulse insights are generated using Apple Foundation Models, on-device. Your reflections are not sent to OpenAI, to Anthropic, or to anyone. Including us.

Four things. That's it.

01

Create your areas

Define the parts of your life that matter. Work, Health, Side Project, Family. Most people land on three to six.

02

Set one active item per area

Each area has one thing you're working on right now. Everything else waits in the queue. When you finish, the next thing promotes automatically.

03

Reflect with Clarity Pulse

Each day, one observation about your patterns. One question. One tap. The app gets smarter about you the longer you use it.

04

Read your weekly report

Every Sunday, an AI-written summary of what your week actually looked like. Not what you planned. What happened, and what it means.

Less noise.
More clarity.

No account required to start. Your data stays on your device. Your week stays your own.

Things people ask.

Why one item per area? Won't I forget the rest?
Everything else lives in a queue, ranked. Nothing is lost. The point of showing only one is that decision fatigue, not capacity, is the real bottleneck. When you finish, the next item is already waiting and ready to promote.
Does the AI really run entirely on my phone?
Yes. Clarity Report and Pulse use Apple Foundation Models, the on-device language models that ship with Apple Intelligence. Your reflections, your trail, your patterns. None of it leaves your device. We do not operate any AI infrastructure of our own.
What devices do I need?
Clarity Now launches on iPhone. iPad and Apple Silicon Mac versions are on the way. The on-device AI features for Clarity Report and Pulse require an Apple Intelligence-capable device. Everything else works on any iPhone running a recent version of iOS.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use Clarity Now without ever signing in. Sign in with Apple is optional, and only enables iCloud sync across your devices. We do not run our own account system. We never see your email.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions to Clarity Now Plus are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open Settings on your device, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. You can also manage subscriptions from the App Store app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your data stays on your device. If you cancel, the app reverts to Free limits going forward, so any areas beyond two will be archived and become accessible again if you resubscribe. Nothing is deleted.
Is this just another to-do app?
No. To-do apps optimize for capture. Clarity Now optimizes for completion. The mechanic is fundamentally different: a single active item per area, a queue, automatic promotion, behavioral reflection. If you've tried twelve other productivity apps and bounced off, this one is intentionally less.
Who builds this?
Clarity Now is part of B7 Collective, a small studio building calm, Apple-native software. One person, a family, and a long view.
